From innovations in lifesaving TeleNICU care to transformational neurosurgery techniques, Children’s Health is a recognized leader in pioneering pediatric health care. Since 1961, Children’s HealthSM has been the primary pediatric clinical partner for UT Southwestern, one of the nation’s leading medical education and biomedical research institutions. BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
One of the nation’s most comprehensive pediatric psychiatry and psychology programs, with everything from problems with mood and anxiety, to learning to manage and cope with medical illness, to struggling with eating disorders or even suicidal thoughts.
CARDIOLOGY
A full spectrum of multi-disciplinary cardiac care, from prenatal diagnosis to heart surgery. Our advanced capabilities and programs are setting the standard for heart centers.
ENDOCRINOLOGY
One of the nation’s busiest teams, our physicians, dietitians, psychologists and social workers work together to deliver therapies and support for everything from diabetes to obesity to gender-affirming care.
GASTROENTEROLOGY
World-class gastroenterology care and surgery delivered to more than 20,000 outpatients each year, treating a diverse population with a range of complex conditions.
HEMATOLOGY AND ONCOLOGY
The largest cancer and blood disease program in North Texas, and one of the largest in the U.S., providing world-class care to more than 350 children with newly-diagnosed cancer and more than 600 children with newly-diagnosed blood disease.
NEONATOLOGY
One of the only facilities in North Texas offering pediatric general and thoracic surgery, with comprehensive evaluations, expedited access to surgical care and thorough aftercare for newborns, including micro-preemies, to adolescents.
NEPHROLOGY
One of the nation's largest pediatric nephrology specialties and leaders in nephrology research, investigating everything from fetal hypertension mechanisms to the genes that drive kidney development and caring for more than 60 children with end-stage renal disease every year.
NEUROLOGY / NEUROSURGERY
Unparalleled expertise in disorders of the brain, spinal cord, nervous system and musculoskeletal system, with experts evaluating each case from multiple perspectives to develop the best possible treatment plan.
ORTHOPEDICS
A multidisciplinary team of orthopedic specialists with the expertise and resources to diagnose and treat the entire range of congenital and hereditary orthopedic disorders.
PULMONOLOGY
