You can choose from among medical, dental and vision plan options based on your needs. In addition, we offer a Health Savings Account, a Health Care Flexible Spending Account, and an employee wellness program designed to help you maintain or improve your health.
Financial Security
Our Employee Savings Plan offers a generous match that increases with length of service. Both the short-term and long-term disability programs are fully employer-paid. Our on-the-job injury program replaces 100% of base pay beginning the first day missed due to a work-related injury.
Work-Life Balance
Our combined PTO program includes enough hours for vacation, holidays, personal time and illness. As a new team member, you will have 24 hours of PTO available on your first day of work and you begin accruing additional PTO after three pay periods.
Learning and Career Development
Our Learning Institute offers year-round programs and resources to support team members in building skills and competencies, individualized development planning and leadership development. In addition, we offer tuition assistance for approved degree programs, certification assistance and a number of college scholarships.
Employee Appreciation
Our employee appreciation program called Recognizing Employee Dedication (RED) celebrates staff for their dedication to our mission. We host events for all shifts and all locations, including summer meals, RED week (employee appreciation), Night Owls events for night staff, holiday meals served by leaders, a milestone anniversary celebratory event, and other special treats throughout the year.
Dependent Care Benefits
To support working parents, our Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is paired with a Dependent Care Subsidy of .25 for every $1 contributed to the Dependent Care FSA, up to $1,000 per year. In addition, we offer back-up dependent care, daycare discounts, and care referrals through Bright Horizons Care Advantage.
