Our Hiring Process

1. Search

You can search by job title or browse by category to find a job that’s a good fit for your skills and experience. You can also connect with Linkedin to personalize your preferences. If you don’t see a position you’d like to apply for, we invite you to join our Talent Community. That way, you can stay connected with us and we can contact you when we have opportunities that align with your interests and skill sets.

2. Apply

Once you’ve found a job opening that you’d like to apply for, you’ll need to register on our site and submit an application online. We’ll send you an email confirming that we received it. Our recruiters will review your qualifications and determine whether the position is a good fit for you.

3. Assess

As a final and very important step in the application process, you will be directed to complete a 30-45 minute assessment. We will review your application and assessment results and may invite ​​​​​​​you to do a phone screen with the recruiter. This may lead to additional conversations and/or an interview with the hiring manager, giving you the opportunity to learn more about us as we learn more about you.

4. Offer

If you’re selected for the position, we’ll send you an offer letter that includes your compensation and start date. If you’re not selected, we’ll let you know. We invite you to continue to receive job alerts and apply for other positions in the future.
5. Welcome - we're glad you're here!
Once you’ve accepted our offer, we’ll send you information about our onboarding process, including how to access our online portal so you can get started on your paperwork. You’ll also need to complete a drug test and background check. On your first day as a Children’s Health team member, you’ll attend two days of new employee orientation, where you’ll learn more about our values, policies and procedures, and the benefits we offer.
