3. Assess
You will be asked to complete a 30- to 45-minute assessment. After reviewing your results, you may be invited to a phone screening with a recruiter.
4. Interview
Once the recruiter verifies you have the necessary qualifications for the job, you'll be invited to interview with the Hiring Manager to learn more about the opportunity - and for us to learn more about you.
5. Offer
If you're selected for the position, we'll send you an offer letter that includes your compensation and start date. If you're not selected, we'll let you know that, too.
6. Welcome
You've accepted! We'll send you instructions for accessing our online portal to begin your onboarding. You'll also need to complete a drug test and background check.
