Children's Health is always looking for outstanding team members – and you may know just the right person. From time to time, the Talent Acquisition team offers promotional programs to encourage team members to make referrals for high-demand jobs. Positions that are currently eligible for a bonus are listed at the bottom of this page.
How to refer someone
If you know someone who is qualified for a job at Children's Health, ask them to apply on the Children's Health Careers website. They must enter your name on their application as the person who referred them.
Eligibility to earn a referral bonus
All Children's Health regular full-time, part-time and PRN team members are eligible to receive referral bonuses except the following:
- Human Resources team members
- People leaders (team leaders, supervisors, managers, directors, executives)
- Team members who refer former participants in intern/extern programs or rehires who left Children's Health less than one year from referral date
- New graduate RNs
How the bonus is paid
The bonus amount varies. Most of the time, the bonus is paid in two equal installments:
- The first payment will be paid 90 days from the referred team member's start date
- The second payment will be paid 12 months from the referred team member's start date
- Both referred and referring team member must be employed at the time of each bonus payout
Earn a $5,000 bonus
If you refer someone who is hired as a full-time RN, you could be eligible for a $5,000 referral bonus.
Earn a $2,000 bonus
If you refer someone who is hired for any of the following Allied Health positions, you could be eligible for a $2,000 referral bonus:
- Main Operating Room Surgical Tech
- Occupational Therapist
- Physical Therapist
- Respiratory Therapist
- Speech Pathologist
