Your uniqueness is our strength.
We promote a diverse and inclusive workforce

At Children’s Health, we represent a broad and diverse population of patients, team members and local communities. We embrace and value as many voices and perspectives as possible and strive to create opportunities for every team member to engage, develop and advance their careers.

Children's Health is committed to providing a culture that invites and supports diverse perspectives. We value and embrace staff, patient families and others in our community based on their unique characteristics, including race, religion, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender expression and abilities.

In 2016, we began our diversity and inclusion (D&I) journey with the creation of the Guiding Principles for Diversity, Inclusion and Cultural Competency. These principles are aligned to our organizational values, they guide our work, and they strengthen our capacity to deliver culturally effective, equitable and patient-centered care.
