POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the distribution, maintenance and administration of the corporate card and ePayables programs. This individual will maintain the vendor database and act as the back-up for the Sr. Treasury Analyst and Hospital Cashier.

JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain database of ePayable vendors and monitor the weekly disbursement processing activity for CHST and the Affiliates.
  • Ensure electronic files are transmitted and processed successfully, research and resolve rejected or exception items and distribute reporting to appropriate departments.
  • Analyze payment options to optimize rebate benefits.
  • Maintain Lawson's vendor bank for CHST and the Affiliates.
  • Review new vendor requests, validate TIN and confirm vendors are not induced on OFAC list.
  • Analyze vendor database to deactivate vendors without activity for 2 years and initiate payment campaigns based on spend and customer type.
  • Open, maintain and distribute Corporate Cards for employees of CHST and Affiliates.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and audit cardholder accounts for compliance.
  • Process in house checks and ACH payments.
  • Perform Sr. Treasury Analysis, to include creating and disbursing daily cash reports and Cashier duties in their absence and other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3-4 years of job related experience required.

Treasury Experience required.

EDUCATION:

Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
