Position Summary

Serves as Team Lead and/or Project Manager for medium to large projects owned by Epic Hospital Billing applications.

This position supports the planning, design, development, and build of supported applications / systems; leads and/or coordinates system testing and documentation of system procedures; participates and provides input in training design and development and assists in training execution related to assigned projects; provides go-live support, and serves as primary point of contact for on-going production maintenance/support and troubleshooting. Participates in on-call / after-hours support schedule as defined within the team.


  • A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience supporting (analysis, build, and testing) Epic Resolute Hospital Billing applications, required

Licenses & certifications

  • Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration certification or proficiency, required


  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Understanding of operational billing and revenue cycle workflows
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; demonstrates awareness of the industry, including regulatory, evolving customer demands, and the factors that differentiate the organization in the market
  • Acts as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience; may lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
