Position Summary

Work with operational directors and the corporate Finance team, direct financial initiatives and analyses within Clinical Services. These analyses will inform strategic business decisions and define financial expectations within Clinical Services. Various financial initiatives include (but are not limited to) maintaining service line profitability, creating competitive productivity standards and optimizing/streamlining financial analyses within Clinical Services. Act as subject matter expert for Strata and Kronos Analytics.

Job Specific Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards within Strata to help leaders in Clinical Services monitor financial performance and other key indicators. Continuously monitor the financial reporting tool and drive changes as needed.

Productivity: Use productivity standard and benchmark data to drive efficient/competitive productivity targets within Clinical Services.

Budgeting/planning: Creates a dynamic, low-maintenance budget that aligns with Clinical Services financial objectives. Build and maintain budgets and forecasts in conjunction with operational directors within Clinical Services. Work with operational leaders to help them understand and meet financial objectives using Strata.

Operational Financial Analyses: Coordinate, streamline and optimize financial analyses/expectations within Clinical Services. Determine areas where there is duplication or inconsistent financial data. Create standards for financial data being presented externally and in conjunction with Clinical Services leaders.

Special Projects will include working with operational leaders to create new proformas and business analysis to achieve new targets and goals within Clinical Services.

  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • CPA preferred


  • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare finance
