Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Technician III and Pharmacist, this job is responislbe for preparing unit dose medication, compounds, sterile IV admixtures and TPN solutions, for filling unit dose patient cassette units, for computer order entry and for providing technical support as needed.
This position's schedule is 4 on, 3 off per week and 10 hour shifts from 7 am to 5:30 pm. It requires Texas Board of Pharmacy certification for Pharmacy Technicians as well as IV certification.
