Position Summary

Responsible for the provision of routine patient accounting activity to facilitate efficient operations, expeditious reimbursement and optimal customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates compliance with performance and quality standards.
  • Demonstrates compliance with third party contracts, guidelines, regulations, policies and procedures.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience, preferred

Licenses & certifications

  • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative, preferred


  • One year of healthcare or related experience, required
  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft financial and word processing programs, required
