This jobwill be primarily located in Plano, TX with the need to travel to Dallas,TX regularly for required strategic meetingsand events. The job will be responsible for building significant immediate and long-term financial support for CMC by identifying, cultivating and soliciting individuals, foundations, corporations and organizations, as assigned. The ability to establish, advance and steward relationships is a key requirement of the job.
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and direct a portfolio of donors and donor prospects for solicitation of gifts, sponsorships or planned gifts
Develop new relationships
Advance existing relationships
Steward existing donors and sponsors
Communicate well with development team and leadership
Establish a team effort in fundraising to the benefit of the Foundation
Document and maintain accurate records in RE
Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience preferred.
Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
