POSITION SUMMARY:

Partners with Supply Chain staff as well as other management within the organization to manage Requests For Proposals, contract electronic file process/maintenance, and maintenance of contract quality standards. Responsible for tracking, measuring and reporting contract compliance. Manages the GPO related Forms process including Membership, Letters of Participation (LOPs), Letters of Commitment (LOCs) and Standardization Programs. Manages vendor compliance tracking and reporting as it relates to Children's vendor credentialing program. Maintains the products and equipment standards database. Coordinates business review and major project meetings with internal customers and vendor partners including scheduling and agenda development.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages Request For Proposal (RFP) process within Supply Chain to ensure deadlines are achieved along with appropriate documentation.
  • Manages contract electronic file process including contract maintenance and maintenance of contract quality standards.
  • Responsible for tracking, measuring and reporting contract compliance to assist in metrics reporting and contract decision process.
  • Manages the vendor compliance tracking and reporting program working closely with Children's vendor credentialing vendor and internal department leadership.
  • Coordinates the processing of all GPO related forms including Membership updates and adds, Letters of Participation (LOPs)/Letters of Commitment (LOCs) and Standardization Program.
  • Maintains, updates and communicates the Product and Equipment Standards List developed by Supply Chain. This includes coordinating updates on the Supply Chain ChildNet site.
  • Coordinates business review and major project meetings with internal customers and vendor partners including scheduling and agenda development.

EXPERIENCE:

Proficient in Microsoft Office 2010 (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook), Required.

Advanced analytical skills. Proficient in the use of pivot tables, Vlookups, charts and graphs, Required.

Critical thinking, project management skills with ability to translate multiple objectives and tasks and prioritize accordingly. Attention to detail. Required

Strong communication, presentation, writing and reporting skills, Required.

Healthcare industry experience, Preferred.

EDUCATION:

Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
