Position Summary:

This job will be responsible for building significant immediate and long-term financial support for Children’s Health by developing and maintaining an assigned portfolio, including Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH) partners and their fundraising programs as well as other local corporate engagement and cause marketing partners, as assigned. The ability to establish, advance and steward donor relationships is a key requirement of the job.

Job Profile:

  • Requires conceptual (not necessarily practical/applied) knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a discipline

Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct a portfolio of donors and donor prospects for solicitation of gifts, sponsorships or planned gifts
  • Develop new relationships
  • Advance existing relationships
  • Steward existing donors, sponsors and/or support groups
  • Communicate well with development team and leadership
  • Establish a team effort in fundraising to the benefit of the Foundation
  • Document and maintain accurate records in RE

Experience:

  • 2-3 year of non-profit experience preferred.

Education:

  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Physical Demands:

  • Light - Exerting up to 20 lbs. occasionally, 10 lbs. frequently, or negligible amounts constantly and may require walking or standing to a significant degree.
